Sunday Sound Meditations – Community Donation Based Offering

Join Tessa with hum for a weekly 45-minute sound meditation designed to realign your energy and provide the opportunity to tune inward for the week ahead. 

Held at LIT From Within most Sundays 5 :30-6:15PM. Donation-based Community Offering- no membership needed.

Just come as you are and allow the sound to support your inner stillness and renewal. Pre-registration is not required; however will guarantee you a spot. Please check the calendar. We are entering retreat season and several dates are cancelled due to travel.
