The Redding Health Expo Run, a 5k run organized in partnership with Midnite Racing, is happening soon!

The Redding Health Expo race will start at 8:00 AM, with registration open from 7 AM to 8 AM.     

Participants will follow a route through the picturesque Sacramento River Trail.     

Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group and overall categories.     

The 5k course covers 3.12 miles with an elevation gain of 57 feet, making it suitable for both walkers and runners.
