Spring is just around the corner . . . and so is a brand new session of Kids Grief Explorers Club 🌼.

⏰ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

This group is a gentle, supportive space where children can explore their grief in ways that feel natural and safe for them. Through play, CREATIVITY, movement, and conversation, we’ll begin to answer questions like . . .

✨ What is grief?
✨ Why do feelings show up the way they do?
✨ What helps when big emotions feel overwhelming?

We’ll spend time identifying and understanding emotions, discovering coping skills kids, playing games, and creating meaningful projects.
