The Redding Health Expo is a free, all-ages event at the Redding Civic Auditorium

This immersive experience celebrates health, wellness, and community, featuring over 200 local businesses showcasing the best of Redding’s offerings in health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, medicine, and more.

Attendees can enjoy hourly performances on the Dignity Health Stage, participate in a 5k run through the Sacramento River Trail, donate blood at the Vitalant bloodmobile, and enter to win vendor prizes.
