KAVA KAVA AND OTHER HERBS FOR ANXIETY AND INSOMNIA BY: MEGAN GROVER FROM LADY ADAPTOGEN
Participants will walk away from this class having a better understanding of how to listen to their bodies, how to deal with anxiety and how various herbs can help manage sleepless nights and racing hearts. Class will begin with a kava kava ceremony, followed by instruction regarding herbs to manage anxiety and medicine making tips. Students will leave with several herbal monographs, a sleep tea blend, a kava kava tincture and an oxymel.
