Identify, Harvest & Process Elderberries

We are hosting a workshop and we’d love for you to join on September 30 at 9am. Elderberries are a super abundant wonder food. They grow abundantly all along the Sacramento River and make great foods and medicine. In our class we will learn the key features for identifying elderberry plants, regenerative harvesting and tending practices, and how to process the bounty into delicious syrup.

Cost: $50 per person. Children 12 and under are free with an adult.
