Elderberry Processing Class

Elderberries are a super abundant wonder food. Collecting these immune boosting berries is a favorite summer pastime. In this class, we will learn how to process and preserve elderberries into a syrup loaded with Vitamin C that can be used to combat flus, colds, and other winter bugs. This class will include a 2 hour nature walk where you will learn about wild edibles/medicines and harvest Elderberry, 1 hour lunch break/location change, and 2 hour class session where you will learn to make the Elderberry syrup. This is such a great class!! You don’t want to miss it! And just in time for the winter “bug” season.
