Details: Historic Hawes Farms has teamed up with Healthy Shasta to have our annual \"Farmhand 5K” run at the farm. Our goal is to offer a fun and unique cross country style run through our various fields, orchards, and wild terrains. We will have typical farm obstacles such as hay bales, wooden planks, ditches, water holes, logs, and more to add to the challenge and fun. We want you to come out and breath the farm fresh air, see some beautiful sights, feel the cool air off the Sacramento River, and have a farmtastic fun morning at Historic Hawes Farms. Bring your whole family for a day at the farm. After the run, cool off under our shaded tent canopies, enjoy some farm fresh watermelon and other fruits.
