Details: Walk With Ease is an evidence-based walking class that includes health education, stretching, strengthening exercises, and walking. The class is lead by a trained instructor and have proven benefits. It is a class for people of all abilities and levels, but particularly for those who have been inactive for awhile or have a condition to overcome. Price of the class includes a free t-shirt and other free incentive gifts.
