Details:
On May 20 Redding will be one of the choice locations for viewing the first full solar eclipse in the U.S. since 1994. The eclipse is annular, not total with a ring of fire surrounding the moon's black disc. Eye protection must be used to view this event, either eclipse shades or #14 welder's glass.
